1. Acceptance

This website at idadesigngroup.com.au (the “Site”) is operated by IDA Design Group (“IDA”, “we”, “us”, “our”), an architecture and interior design studio based in Sydney, Australia. By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. General information only

The content of the Site is provided for general information about our studio, projects and services. It does not constitute architectural, design, planning, engineering, legal or other professional advice, and should not be relied on as such. Project imagery may include artist impressions, renders and photography that do not reflect final built outcomes.

Submitting an enquiry through the Site does not create a client relationship or any engagement between you and IDA. An engagement only arises when both parties sign a written agreement for services.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, designs, drawings, photographs, renders, logos and branding — is owned by or licensed to IDA and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws, including the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth). You may view and print content for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not otherwise reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others
• Submit false, misleading or malicious information through our enquiry form
• Interfere with the Site's operation, security or availability, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it
• Use automated means to scrape or harvest content or data from the Site

5. Third-party services and links

The Site links to and uses third-party services, including Instagram, Google Analytics, Google reCAPTCHA and Web3Forms. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

6. Privacy

Our collection and handling of personal information through the Site is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer and liability

We take care to keep the Site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or free of harmful components, or that its content is complete or current.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law, or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all other warranties and will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to resupplying the relevant services or paying the cost of having them resupplied.

We may update the Site and these Terms of Use at any time. The current version will always be published on this page with the date it was last updated. Your continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia.
