Hassan Zraika is a Registered Architect in New South Wales with experience across a variety of projects, with a strong focus on Class 2 developments. He holds a Master of Architecture and a Master of Property Development and Project Management.

His work balances design, aesthetics, and construction to deliver considered, buildable outcomes that support both end-user experience and developer objectives.

Andrew Le is experienced Architectural Project Leader with a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects from concept through to completion. Skilled in design development, project coordination, and stakeholder management, Andrew brings a balanced approach that integrates creativity with technical precision.

With a solid understanding of planning regulations, construction methodologies, and project delivery frameworks, Andrew effectively leads multidisciplinary teams and collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to achieve successful outcomes.

Celesty Khater is a designer at IDA with a strong foundation in interior design & construction detailing. Since earning her Bachelor's degree in Architecture in 2019, she has honed her craft working alongside a joinery manufacturer, gaining a rare, hands-on understanding of how design intent comes into fruition.

Known for her keen eye for detail and meticulous presentation, Celesty ensures that every concept is communicated clearly to all involved in the project. On any project, she adds value by bridging the gap between design vision and buildable outcome safeguarding quality, precision, and intent from concept through construction

Pierre Revollar holds a Master of Architecture and has more than a decade of experience across architecture, development and project management.

He enjoys bringing people together to deliver successful projects. He leads multidisciplinary project teams with a strategic mindset, strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach, building lasting relationships with clients, consultants and contractors along the way. He enjoys solving complex challenges and finding practical solutions that keep projects moving from concept to completion.

Outside of work, you'll usually find him playing football, out for a run or walk, or spending time with his young family.

Georgina Massoud keeps IDA running smoothly behind the scenes. With over 20 years in office administration, she manages everything from accounts and client applications to the fine art of chasing overdue invoices.

A natural people person with a hospitality background, she builds easy relationships with clients and colleagues alike bringing order to the day-to-day and heading off problems before they become headaches. Organised, approachable, and endlessly reliable, Georgina is the steady hand that keeps the studio ticking along.

Shane Gacusan graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Air Transportation, majoring in Flying. The aviation industry instilled in her the importance of precision, organization, situational awareness, and the ability to perform efficiently in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Much like in flight, turbulence is inevitable, but she remains steady, focused, and in control through every challenge. She believes that success is not about avoiding difficulties, but about maintaining clarity, sound judgment, and control while navigating them. Grounded in discipline and resilience, she responds to pressure with clarity rather than fear. In both life and career, she continues to move forward with calm confidence, trusting her ability to stay the course no matter the conditions.

Mirasol Mercado an Accounting Assistant based in Manila with over 20 years accumulated experience, helping businesses maintain clean financial records, bookkeeping processes and manage payroll. Her professional practice preferring to gain industry exposure where her skills and knowledge will make a positive contribution.

Luther Gruco holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and is passionate about creating thoughtful, high-quality designs. With advanced proficiency in Revit, he has mastered its navigation and leverages its capabilities to produce accurate and efficient architectural documentation.
